Used to fasten structural & non-structural elements to concrete. L Bolt: attach sill plate to masonry foundation. L bolts get set in concrete with threads exposed. J bolt: secure walls to concrete
Used to fasten metal to wood. Features a band directly under the head allowing them to lock into place
Used for material lifting applications. May pivot or swivel, have a loop at one end where wire/cable can be run through.
Most common used bolt. Fasten wood to wood, or metal to wood.
Fasten lumber together. Provides a longer lasting connection, and able to withstand heavier loads.
Used for treated lumber, marine and wood applications.
Most common type of washer. Used to distribute pressure and protect the surface of what the bolt/screw is being fastened too.
Used to secure fasteners that have may twist/rotate or other lose friction with surface
Has slight flexibility that allows them to move with vibrations
